    Celent recognizes Taishin Bank (Taiwan) as the winner of the Model Bank 2019 Customer Insight Award for their initiative New Heights in Data and Personalization.

    Taishin Bank focused on capturing in-bound customer service call data (speech-to-text) and customers’ digital behavior in other to better understand customer journeys and harnessed AI to improve personalization and engage proactively.
