Founded in 2005 by Ian Armour & Roger Ward, iCST Ltd was established as an Advisory, Consulting & Project/Program Management and Educational Resource Pool to promote End-to-End Operational Effectiveness (E2EOE). In 2012, RW+A Mainstream Ltd originally established in 1998 by Roger as a ‘network-consultancy’ was merged with iCST Ltd.
The company provides strategic advice, market trend analysis, business process design expertise, tailored mentoring/training & project/ programme management services. Clients include banks, corporates and technology and service companies supporting those sectors, enabling them to understand and exploit the opportunities afforded by increasing levels of corporate to corporate data exchange coupled with optimised processes.

Roger Ward has an encyclopedic knowledge of the international trade and payments business and has been involved at a senior level in most of the market efficiency initiatives over the last 25 years. He has been associated with e-commerce in banking since its inception as a Director of both SWIFT and Bolero and has chaired numerous industry steering groups guiding the introduction of payments standards and EDI. He has been responsible for building the E-Banking & E-Commerce understanding of major banks and technology companies servicing them and delivering the organisational framework to embrace change.
Ian Armour is a former MD & FD of a number of leading City banks. With over 25 years of hands-on operational experience, he has designed & implemented many high-value/high-volume transaction engines & has achieved large-scale efficiencies from modest investment. He has a wide understanding of banking products, markets, customers and the regulatory framework that binds them together. He regularly advises financial institutions on evolving regulation and accounting standards.
