From Axel Pierron, Senior Vice President
Celent continues to expand its coverage in 2010. We have added two analysts to our global research staff.
Arkadev Basak is based in Bangalore. Mr. Basak has experience in payments systems and cash management solutions. Previously, he worked as an automation testing consultant at ANZ's technology division in Bangalore. Mr. Basak has internship experience at the Royal Bank of Scotland's Credit Markets Origination desk in Mumbai, where he carried out an assessment of the future potential of asset-backed securitization in India.
Muralidhar Dasar joins the firm as an analyst based in Bangalore. Prior to Celent, Muralidhar interned with the Fixed Income Trading desk at HSBC Global Markets in Mumbai, where he developed a novel statistical framework for analysing the Indian debt market vis-à-vis the performance of the financial services sector in India. Previously, he worked as a software developer with Intuit's small business accounting division.
We're delighted to welcome Arkadev and Muralidhar to the team. We're looking forward to deepening our relationships with our clients, and these new hires bring direct experience that will help our clients address critical issues.
