The Model Insurer components represent case studies on effective use of technology. Approximately 20 Insurers are recognized annually across a dozen or more categories.

This event celebrated the success of the 2011 Model Insurer winners. Celent previewed the 2011 Model Insurer report, and the afternoon session featured topical roundtables, providing attendees with an opportunity to exchange ideas.
