Celent Expands Securities & Investments Group
Celent welcomes Joséphine de Chazournes and Scott Sullivan as senior analysts and Dushyant Sahgal as an analyst with our Securities & Investments Group.
Celent, a member of the Oliver Wyman Group focused on advisory services and research for the global financial services market, has hired two senior analysts and one analyst for the Securities & Investments group.
Joséphine de Chazournes is a Senior Analyst with Celent’s Securities & Investments group and is based in Milan. Mrs. de Chazournes’ expertise lies in European financial exchanges, market structure and electronic trading, and European institutional and retail brokerage.
Before joining Celent, Mrs. de Chazournes was a business strategy and development consultant with European retail bond MTF EuroTLX, where she helped design the firm’s European expansion strategy, including their participation to the request for information of a new European Institutional Credit MTF by the Cassiopeia Committee, sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. Previously Mrs. de Chazournes worked with the London Stock Exchange and Borsa Italiana where she was in charge of projects related to the international investors community.
Dushyant Sahgal is an analyst with Celent’s Securities & Investments group and is based in St. Louis, Missouri. His experience lies in execution management systems, equities market microstructure, and electronic trading technology. He is pursuing his MBA in Finance and Strategy from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Prior to joining Celent, Mr. Sahgal was employed with Goldman Sachs & Co., where he focused on building out and supporting the firm’s global electronic trading infrastructure.
Scott Sullivan is a Senior Analyst with Celent’s Securities & Investments group and is based in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Sullivan has over a decade of experience in sell side trading, buy side quantitative risk analysis, software solution integration, and asset management IT experience. His areas of expertise have been in derivatives, structured finance, and financial rules and regulation, including, ALM, Basel II and III, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank.
Before joining Celent, Mr. Sullivan spent more than five years as a senior business analyst and manager focusing on fixed income, currencies, and commodities at Eaton Vance Management and Sapient Global Markets. He evaluated and implemented numerous software packages to support complex investment strategies and risk management practices.
