Rob Norris Joins Celent’s Growing North America P&C Insurance Team as Senior Analyst
Appointment of two new analysts expands the practice’s focus on customer-centric insights

This appointment follows that of Andrew Schwartz, an analyst whose research focuses on claims and the customer experience.

Rob’s experience includes nearly two decades with Pinnacol Assurance as CIO and chief strategy officer, where he led an organizational transformation around the principles of Lean and the Toyota Way. In 2017, he founded the insurtech startup Cake, where, as CEO and chief innovation officer, he achieved breakthroughs in the speed and ease of purchasing a commercial insurance policy. Most recently, Rob served as CTO at BiggerPockets. Throughout his career, Rob has been recognized as an expert in creating outstanding digital experiences for customers and agents. His work has won numerous awards for innovation, including Celent’s Model Insurer award.
