Asia-Pacific insurers continue to invest in technologies to enable better business efficiency. What are their business plans and IT priorities for 2020? Are there specific initiatives they prioritize?

Every year we survey insurance CIOs across different regions including APAC.

With this annual report, Celent examines business priorities, IT budget and investment being launched. This report shows the main findings of this year’s survey for APAC insurers.

Since we have launched our survey, the economy - in large part of APAC - have been hit by the COVID-19 virus. We have considered the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the market in the final section of the report, explaining our predictions for the years going forward.
