Celent launches Data, Analytics, and AI/ML hub page
Guiding FIs in their quest for data-driven competitive advantage
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our Data, Analytics, and AI hub page. Competitive advantage is increasingly driven by a financial institution’s ability to harness and monetize internal and external data. Pacesetters are creating new data-led products and services.In response, Celent is building a library of proprietary research to guide FIs in their quest for data-driven advantage. Our thought leadership covers three areas: data management, analytics/data science, and artificial intelligence/machine learning.
Data management. We have found that success in data analytics is predicated on robust data management. As a result, we track key trends and best practices in capturing, cleansing, securing, and processing data from source to models to product.We discuss business data strategy as well as data infrastructure implications.
Analytics/Data Science. Data science is powering improved performance at FIs. Celent explores best practices, including moving from innovation to production, identifying new data sources, and democratizing data science. In addition, we examine how FIs can monetize their data.
AI/ML. Vanguard FIs are applying AI/ML to realize game-changing competitive advantage. Celent tracks the strongest use cases and best practices, including the rise of customer and employee-facing AI/ML. We’re also monitoring how leading FIs are leveraging smart RPA to lower cost while improve customer experience.
In addition to our DAAI research agenda, we draw upon our annual Model Awards program, which identifies best-in-class uses of technology by FIs worldwide. Each year, there are winners in data, analytics, and AI. For each winner, we write detailed case studies and produce short videos.
