Abstract
Celent recognizes RBC as the 2018 Model Bank: Employee Productivity for their Digital Activation Strategy.
Beginning in 2015, RBC launched a comprehensive initiative designed to quickly increase internal and external (customer) digital activation. The three-part strategy consisted of 1) an agile approach to accelerate development of digital capabilities, 2) a gamified learning platform for internal and external development of digital fluency, and 3) a network of volunteer Digital Navigators to provide a human touch to digital advocacy, helping to ensure RBC stays focused on building the client relationship as it becomes more digitally directed.
