Abstract
Celent examines the leading CRM vendors in the European wealth management market.
Client relationship management (CRM) is a strategy and business process encompassing many technologies by which firms acquire, manage, and service clients. CRM solutions are part of a firm’s front office platform. The goal of a wealth management firm implementing a CRM strategy is to gather and organize both data and knowledge about clients in order to provide support to advisors, home office, and end clients.
Over the past several years, the CRM vendor landscape has grown significantly in terms of functionality offered to advisors and wealth managers. Examples include: the application of AI technologies, integration of APIs and subsequent access to and management of data, as well as the continued focus on the customization of the client experience. The perpetual goal has been to enable advisor efficiency, minimize costs and drive client acquisition and retention.
This report examines the leading vendors in the European CRM wealth management market and provides detailed profiles of each vendor, followed by comparisons and rankings. This study uses the Celent ABCD Vendor View, which shows at a glance the relative position of vendors in the following categories: Advanced Technology, Breadth of Functionality, Client Base (number of clients), and Depth of Client Services on two separate X/Y scales.
