Will improving innovation capability be a focus for your firm in 2014? Mike Fitzgerald, Senior Analyst with Celent’s Insurance Group, and Mick Simonelli, Innovation Consultant and former Chief Innovation Officer at USAA, examine current innovation activity in banks, insurers, and securities firms.
