Computer Services Inc. (CSI) provides financial technology solutions and regulatory compliance software to banks, financial institutions, and a variety of other industries across the US. According to the company’s profile on Celent’s VendorMatch, CSI employs 1,100 people and is “one of the largest providers in the fintech and regtech spaces” in the US.
“Fintech Focus” is a regular podcast series hosted by CSI’s Andy Goldstein and Laura Sewell. In these podcasts, they “discuss the latest fintech trends and topics with banking executives, industry experts, and thought leaders.”
CSI and Fintech Focus invited Zil Bareisis, Celent’s Senior Analyst in Banking, to have a conversation about a broad range of payments topics. The interview took place on October 22, 2019, and addressed questions on the following subjects:
- Payments megadeals.
- Open banking.
- Keeping up with payments innovation, including controls, digital or “push” provisioning, and migration to contactless cards in the US.
- Securing online transactions.
- Banking and GAFA (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple).
