Digitization is a word that is often used in insurance companies but its definition remains unclear for many insurers. Celent believes digital transformation of the insurance core processes should not only be focused on sales but should also involve important back office processes. With this presentation Celent Senior Analyst Nicolas Michellod and Oliver Wyman Partner and Head of Strategic IT/Ops practice for the EMEA/UK region Paul Mee provide their view on how insurance companies can generate value from digital transformation using some examples of insurers who have managed to drastically improve their internal processes and increase value delivered to their customers.
