What sets our platform apart is its ability to serve as a central source of services, unlike other silo systems. Your customers can log in to the system and view all their relationships with your bank, such as personal accounts, investment products, insurance products, and corporate accounts they have access to or are signatories for. They can perform their financial activities easily and conveniently, all in one place. Our solution not only offers comprehensive functionality customized to your bank’s specific requirements but also boasts ease of administration, including extensive self-administration and maintenance capabilities. It provides flexibility and independence from other systems and platforms while ensuring a short time to market.

Our engagement hub seamlessly integrates with your bank’s back-end systems, whether it’s a core banking system, a card management system, or any other thirdparty system, using various methods depending on their capabilities, such as web services, APIs, FTP, and adapters.   • A true Ommnichannel Enagement Hub: NETinfo Digital Banking system is an omnichannel engagement hub addressing all digital channels, bank products, bank customers and a broad range of digital banking functionality covering SME, corporate retail and private customers. The NETinfo engagement hub engine consolidates all digital banking functionality and business logic and can expose this to any supported digital channel.
  • Open and modular Architecture - The NETinfo Digital Banking system employs a modern, modular-based architecture. This provides for functional partitioning into discrete, loosely coupled, scalable and reusable modules with well-defined interfaces/APIs. NETinfo digital banking system can support different delivery models can be deployed in-premises and in-cloud, on VMs or Containers.
  • Cloud-Native and Cloud-Agnostic Architecture - NETinfo digital banking system can be hosted on any available cloud technology and provider including MS Azure cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). They are certified and in a strategic partnership with AWS, focusing on the Africa region especially for South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria.
  • Independent from operating systems and databases - NETinfo system can be successfully deployed and configured in different operating environments (Windows, Linux) and in a virtual or non-virtual environment and configured with various databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server). NETinfo solution supports Openshift or Kubernetes for deploying and operating on the cloud of bank’s choice or on an in-house containerised environment.
  • One installation many countries and affiliates :Provide digital banking services to financial institutions with multi-tenancy operations using one omnichannel engagement hub, supporting different business rules for different jurisdictions and countries. NETinfo can support a hybrid model and some affiliates with legislation restrictions, can have the system hosted in the country
  • Open Banking/Finance - providing out of the box APIs based on PSD2 and Open Banking UK standards, supporting third-parties to connect with the bank via API libraries, providing a portal and sandbox environment to develop and test their interfaces with the bank, and a central administration console, while allows the bank to manage the APIs and third-parties accessing these APIs and have full reporting and analytics.
  • NETinfo unique proposition for APIs - All the functionality residing in the NETinfo solution can be exposed in APIs. Through the NETinfo administration module, the bank can manage the NETinfo APIs (i.e., enable/disable) and create/manage associated API Scopes (each API Scope can contain a selection of APIs). The bank can be also able to define the third-party applications (TPPs) that will have access to the NETinfo digital banking system functionality via the APIs and the scope of their access (based on the defined API Scopes). Designated administrators can: View, register and manage TPPs and enable/disable/activate an individual TPP
  • Use of modern testing and development tools - NETinfo is using GIT CI/CD, SonarQube for code quality checks and Katalon for automatic testing (both functional and on API level). With regards to automated testing, NETinfo is using & recommending Katalon Studio, which is a versatile tool for creating and executing test cases. Katalon is very easy to use and friendly towards newcomers or other people that did not have any experience with other tools, meaning that it is very easy for someone to install it and start working right away.
  • Robust Security framework - advanced security module that provides a robust security framework and the flexibility for the Bank to apply its security policy centrally to all channels, including encryption over the network as well as data at rest, credentials management, access controls to bank customers, functionality and accounts, 4-eye principle and signatories and full audit trails and reporting, and mechanisms to prevent any malicious threats including anti-debugging, root detection, anti-emulator and anti-tamper mechanisms. Adheres to the principles defined in the General Data Protection Regulation, whilst NETinfo has been certified with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Unique Strong Customer and Risk Based Authentication - provides its own powerful Authentication module that supports multiple authentication methods complying with the PSD2 directive relating to strong user authentication (SCA), and a risk-based authentication mechanism, which monitors and evaluates the risk against unauthorised access and forces users to authenticate their selves as required.
  • Strong SME and corporate functionality - NETinfo digital banking system supports a broad range of SME and corporate functionality, complying to our addressed requirements in the RFP. The digital banking functionality is supported by system’s in-built business logic including access rights, limits, signatories, user groups and strong customer authentication (SCA). Any functionality is created once in the NETinfo engagement hub engine and can be enabled at channel and customer group level through the central NETinfo administration module by the bank as required.
  • Expand the system to cover additional customer segments (e.g. retail, private) - Besides SME and corporate, NETinfo can be expanded to support digital banking functionality for additional customer segments such as retail and private customers, including P2P fund transfers, Personal Financial Management (PFM) tools (expenses categorisation, budgets and goal management, wealth management and investment functionality (view investments and associated movements, buy/sell instructions). The NETinfo digital banking system can accommodate retail, SME and corporate customers.
  • Central Administration with self-service tools - NETinfo Digital Banking system incorporates a central administration console for the bank to parametrically set-up and control the entire omnichannel environment including system parameters, channels, users (customers and administrators), access controls and security, and full audit trails and reporting to monitor system’s behaviour and users’ activity over the channels. At the same time, self-service capability is provided to the bank to enhance and expand the solution.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Insights service - The Bank can analyse users' behaviour while on the digital channels connected to the NETinfo digital banking system, enabling multi-dimensional analysis based on parameters such as period, channel, pages visited, user triggered events and user properties, i.e., age, gender, user group, user segment, branch, city and country. This is not requested in the RFP but an additional value add proposition
  • Integration experience with multiple core banking systems - NETinfo has a wealth of experience and can integrate using various protocols such as SOAP, JSON and TCP/IP.
