Overview
We have developed four products, including optional features, and have released a new product in October 2024. Our business has grown with a focus on hokan CRM, but we're also expanding by launching new ventures in other areas.
- "hokan CRM", this product streamlines office work and customer data management for insurance agencies.
Each of the other products also has functionality to support management control, such as the ability to manage projects and the progress of business negotiations.
In particular, the function, "Ascertainment of Customer's Intention", is one that was mandated by the revised Insurance Business Act of Japan. By providing the “Ascertainment of Customer’s Intention” function as a CRM, we are able to operate in compliance with the Business Law.
Our new product name is “hokan People”, which is about human resources management system.This system enables comprehensive agent management, covering everything from employee information to background checks and compensation calculation.
