Overview
Our Guidewire InsuranceSuite Implementation service provides the option to staff full-time Norima consultants to help our client's Guidewire product owners implement their business requirements which may include their solution/business analysis, project mgmt., configuration, integration, and QA activities. Norima consultants can assist in analyzing legacy and/or solution requirements, implementing required configurations, building integrations, rationalizing data mapping between the standard vendor packages and other internal backend systems, assisting in definition and implementation of reporting, data analytics, and data migration requirements, end to end quality assurance, and assisting with project oversight and go-live planning. Norima’s implementation leads have 8 or more years of experience with various technology vendor product project delivery for Property and Casualty insurers, with the typical implementation team consist of all or a few or the following:

- Experienced and Certfied Product Configurators and Integrators
