Overview

Citrine Business Online Banking is SXI’s state-of-the-art platform that provides medium and large enterprises with a wide range of products and services for their unique banking needs. It is comprised of complementing modules, which evolves on the provisioning of its transactions in a manner consistent with the business process of the enrolled customer.

Its properties include enabling corporate clients to transfer, collect, remit, and receive payments to and from the bank and/or other merchants and tie-ups. Citrine BOB also has specialized features to process a client’s receivables and payables to further optimize and effectively manage its working capital.

The latest version of Citrine BOB is influenced by Web 2.0 and 3.0 concepts, particularly for the latter with influences on its overall aesthetic and customer-centric design. These features include chat attributes, profile pictures, and links to popular and partner sites.

HIGH LEVEL CAPABILITIES

1. Account management

View account balances and transaction history, and initiate transactions such as funds transfers and bill payments.

2. Cash management

Manage cash flow by monitoring account balances and initiating payments to suppliers and employees.

3. Trade Finance

Manage their import and export transactions, including letter of credit and bills of lading.

4. Treasury Management

Manage investment and foreign exchange transactions, and track exposure to financial risk.

5. Reporting and analytics

Access a range of financial reports and analytics, such as cash flow forecasting and budgeting tools.
