Semsee is an easy-to-use, cloud-based platform for quoting small commercial. It combines the myriad of carrier questions into a single smart form eliminating the need for agents to re-key data into each carrier portal. The solution also instantly creates client records in the carrier portals so the agents can review, edit and bind coverage.
For carriers, we help bring products to agents at the point of sale, so they can highlight the right coverage at the right premium. Agents can see and process new business in a single platform, from lead to quote. At the same time, we give carriers the information they need to write new policies.
The solution works in basics steps for the agent:
1.Enter client’s information.
2.Select policy types to generate quotes.
3.Choose carriers to quote.
4.Complete one smart form, which includes pre-fills of common and difficult-to-find information, such as class codes.
5.Submit, with the option to print an ACORD form.
6.Multiple quotes are returned and coverage and pricing can be compared side-by-side, and sent to the client.
7.Records are created in carrier agent portals for review and binding coverage.
Through Semsee, agents can quote BOP, Workers Comp and Commercial Auto and we are continuing to add more lines.

We have also added features that make completing the form easier. Our flagging and notes tool enables agents to tag questions that require additional input from the customer. They can then move on with the form. When they reach the end, all of the flagged questions will be in one place where they can complete when they get the information from the customer.
We also launched Class Codes v3 which eliminates the need for agents to select carrier specific class codes. They simply put in the NAICS code and Semsee will suggest the matching carrier specific code.
