Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) today announced that it has launched its new Solutions Partner Program. The Program is a global channel sales initiative that enables leading consulting, technology and servicing firms to offer expanded technology solutions that leverage the company’s suite of products and services as well as resell its solutions into select customer accounts. Broadridge has hired 20-year industry veteran Ira Newman to lead the Program.
Broadridge’s Solutions Partner Program provides a flexible forum for partners, including consulting, technology and servicing firms, to develop new offerings, explore common customers and reach new clients. It offers partner firms global access to proven technology solutions across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets and Corporate Issuer segments; the ability to form strategic long-term partnerships; and a set of sales enablement resources, technical training services and a market-leading financial benefits package.
“As Broadridge explores new, more innovative ways to provide the best possible solutions to the marketplace, there is a clear opportunity for partners and allies to be an extension of Broadridge’s go-to-market capabilities. The Broadridge Solutions Partner Program provides an excellent foundation of collaboration designed to drive customer success, strengthen distribution networks and accelerate sales growth,” said Chris Perry, president of Global Sales, Marketing and Solutions at Broadridge.
“Under Ira’s leadership, this initiative enhances our current model by expanding our reach and market share into new markets and business segments, while enabling our trusted partners to increase their market opportunities and better meet their clients’ evolving needs.”
Ira Newman will build out a formalized global channel sales program, leveraging Broadridge’s growing global sales team combined with key business partners and the company’s decades of insight and experience to deliver core solutions and value to financial institutions.
He joins Broadridge with two decades of experience in technology, consulting and channel sales within financial services. Prior to Broadridge he spent seven years at Informatica Software, where he was responsible for managing the company’s North American Partner business. Newman has also held senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, CA Technologies and EMC Consulting. He will report to Tim McConnell, senior vice president and head of the Strategic Solutions Group at Broadridge.
