Women in Technology & Data Awards 2020 Honor Industry Leadership in March 6th Luncheon
Numerix, the leader in risk technology, is proud to announce that Irina Slobodyanyuk, Risk Product Specialist for Numerix, has been named Vendor Professional of the Year for Trading and Risk in the Women in Technology & Data Awards 2020. The event honors the outstanding women working in the technology and data industries across the globe. The judges select winners due to extraordinary examples of innovation, initiative, collaboration and leadership. The event was held on March 6th at an award luncheon in London.
“With numerous women working in senior leadership and management roles across the organization, we believe gender diversity results in more creativity, more innovation, and, ultimately, greater profitability,” says Steve O’Hanlon, CEO of Numerix. “Irina represents what it means to be a successful woman leader in an industry still dominated by men. Her hard work, talent and determination propelled her into the position of XVA product manager for our Oneview solution. But it’s been her focus, dedication to client projects and kindness in this role that have helped to take our XVA technology to new heights. We are very proud of her for winning this incredible award.”
“Front office transformation projects have been a top line priority across financial services institutions over the past several years and for good reason. Working with our Oneview XVA module, I’ve been very lucky to be at the epicenter of these important developments,” says Irina Slobodyanyuk, Risk Product Specialist at Numerix. “In 2019, I worked to not only deliver next generation XVA solutions to clients around the world, but also focused on being a leader inside and outside the walls of Numerix. Participating in webinar discussions and authoring papers exploring how banks have evolved over the past few years to incorporate the growing family of XVAs have become central to this endeavor. I’m incredibly honored to be included in this year’s class of incredible women changing the face of data, analytics and fintech.”
