CJC completes latest Global Expansion
Market data real-time systems support provider CJC has completed the expansion and relocation of its global support centres in Hong Kong, London and New York.
Paul Gow, CJC CEO “2015 has been a tremendous year for CJC. The company has added multiple high profile clients to its portfolio and secured the long term renewals of our key client base. Our clients requirements have expanded significantly and In recognition of this and to be able to cope with the increase in demand, CJC has made a substantial investment into all regions, to provide the best facilities for our existing staff and the new recruits who will join us in 2016”.
The expansion includes a 25% growth in our London office space, a consolidation of the 2 Hong Kong offices into a single larger entity, which better facilitates the 40% increase of staffing levels in Asia. The New York operational growth has meant the need for larger offices, so we have relocated to 1 Liberty Plaza in the Financial District.
Gow continues – “Managed services are now in greater demand than ever before. The overhead of internal service delivery to organisations has hit critical mass. Senior managers are discovering that managed service are cost effective, scalable and better run when delivered by CJC. We are consistently delivering what our customers really want ‘a one stop shop solution’. This has also brought to light how our clients can control the use of CJC by placing us under strict SLA’s with regimented KPI’s. These SLA’s and KPI’s are giving our clients satisfaction that they are protected for the services they take”.
