Avaloq continues its BPO success with two award wins at the WealthBriefing European Awards 2015
The Avaloq group, an international leader in integrated and comprehensive banking solutions, has won the ‘Best Outsourcing Solution’ award for its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service, along with the ‘Best Transaction Processing Solution’ award for the Avaloq Banking Suite, at the WealthBriefing European Awards 2015.
Avaloq, whose customers include wealth management, universal and retail bank organisations, picked up the awards during a ceremony at the Guildhall in the City of London. The two wins continue the success Avaloq has seen over previous years, which includes strong business growth and an increase in customer wins.
The WealthBriefing European Awards 2015 showcased leading providers in global private banking, wealth management and trusted advisor communities; recognising companies, teams and individuals which the prestigious panel of judges deemed to have ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence during 2014’.
Chris Longden, UK managing director at Avaloq says, “We are delighted to have won the ‘Best Outsourcing Solution’ and ‘Best Transaction Processing Solution’ awards. Winning the two awards demonstrates that our global BPO centres are serviced by the best processing engine in Europe. It is a great honour to be recognised and a testament to the hard work from everyone in the team.
“The Avaloq group has seen significant growth and success throughout 2014, including being ranked top private banking system for the third year running by IBS Journal. We are helping our customers take the risk out of the ever changing market and we are very happy that our achievements have been recognised.”
ClearView Financial Media’s CEO, and Publisher of WealthBriefing, Stephen Harris, was first to extend his congratulations to Avaloq. He said, “Avaloq and all the firms who triumphed in these awards are worthy winners, and I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations. These awards were judged solely on the basis of entrants’ submissions and their response to a number of specific questions, which had to be answered focusing on the client experience, not quantitative performance metrics.
“These awards recognise the very best operators in the private client industry, with ‘independence’, ‘integrity’ and ‘genuine insight’ the watchwords of the judging process - such that the awards truly reflect excellence in wealth management.”
