Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. Announces Partnership to Provide Additional Data Sources to Systems Consulting Services, Inc.
Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. (DMS), a leading risk management solution provider, today announced a partnership with Systems Consulting Services, Inc. (SCSI) to enhance SCSI’s jBIAS on premise solution with enterprise connectivity and analytics. SCSI is a leading provider of automated hosted data retrieval systems designed to meet the underwriting needs of property and casualty insurance companies.
Through this technology partnership, SCSI clients can gain access to dozens of data sources through connectivity between SCSI’s jBIAS solution and DMS’ Data Access Point™. The jBIAS Java-based software is easily integrated into existing systems and requires limited training, making it a cost-effective and easy to implement underwriting solution.
The integration of jBIAS with the DMS Data Access Point™ solution will effectively transform an on premise solution into a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, enabling clients to gain a single point of connectivity to all needed sources. This connectivity approach is more cost-effective, provides greater strategic flexibility, and transfers the work effort and responsibility for maintenance and onboarding of new data sources to the vendor.
Ken Wayman, president and founder of SCSI said, “We are very excited about the opportunity to work with Digital Matrix Systems to integrate information provided through DMS’ Data Access Point into the jBIAS solution. This product integration will provide users with a more complete source for all of the information needed to understand the risks they face in their operations.”
“We are pleased to partner with SCSI in support of their enhancements to jBIAS,” said David Graves, DMS executive vice president. “jBIAS is a proven underwriting solution that aligns with our company’s mission to help insurers gain access to data that is critical to their operations.”
