PASS_Broker Evolution is the web management system, designed to meet all the operational needs of insurance intermediaries.
Thanks to the use of searching filters and a highly configurable and customizable platform, daily operations are simplified by providing to the intermediary the opportunity to stand-out the customer centricity in the insurance business.
PASS_Broker Evolution allows the administration of the portfolio at 360 ° enabling the user to manage the Party, Policies, Claims and Technical Accounting Transactions; guaranteeing:

The native functionalities included in the system relate to:
- Parties: of all the persons involved in the management processes
- Policies: throughout the lifecycle and after-sales
- Accounting transactions and accounting diary: for the administration of accounts
- Printouts: for the production of documentation for the customer/company/producing broker/tax representative/other persons
- Sending of communications: to customers and not using different methods
- Claims: for complete handling from entry to settlement/renewal
- Configuration functionality: on user operations, logic and content.
The system allows cross-functions common to all functionalities that can facilitate daily operations and enable custom data display related to the connected user.
The system offers a high level of customisation. Each user is linked to a specific user profile and could be linked to a specific user configuration that enables the user to access to different level of permis-sions in terms of operations and data display. In addition, the functional customisation of the application is also possible such as ordering of the information presented according to search functions, etc...; configuration of output tables in each function (Data Grid) or editing of fields presented in the navigation flows relative to name (label) and visibility.
In addition, the system is compliant to the GDPR - personal data protection legislation (Regulation EU 2016/679, GDPR), through the integrated module.
An additional feature of the system is the possibility of interfacing with other third-party systems, such as customer relations management (CRM) accounting software and document management software.

·Banking reconciliation: the component allows automatic reconciliation of collections through the association of the Technical Accounting Transaction tracked in PASS_Broker Evolution with the bank statement account, with notification and accurate reporting of the payments, reconciled or not.
·Bonds: bank credit management, tenders and related compensation limits
·Fleet: fleets management linked to a single policy. It allows to manage the inclusion and exclusion of applications during the policy validity.
·Invoices: the component allows to generate customer invoices to print the progressive document and it is integrated with the general accounting program PASS_CoGe. The invoicing components include the automatic generation of invoice – issued on the policy for the creation of pro-forma invoices.
