Celent Expands Insurance Team
Three new hires strengthen industry-leading insurance analyst team and broaden Celent’s ability to bring thought leadership to market.
Celent today announced its third insurance-specific hire in as many weeks, building the team to its largest size ever.
“We’re delighted to welcome Karlyn Carnahan, Tom Scales, and Will Preap to the Celent insurance team,” said Jamie Macgregor, Senior Vice President for Insurance. “They each bring unique skills that will benefit our customers immensely.”
Tom Scales, a former CIO and life insurance expert, joins as a Research Director, focused on industry and channel strategy, home office and agent technology, insurance operations, and implementation and consolidation approaches.
Karlyn Carnahan, who has been a leader in the insurance domain for 20 years and who until recently was a principal with Novarica, joined two weeks ago as a Research Director focused on innovation, underwriting, claims, distribution management, and other topics within property/casualty.
Analyst Will Preap will support the team’s in-depth, market-leading research efforts.
