Snap poll reflect questions posed by members of the research panel. This question came about as a member was trying to get a sense of how other insurers are managing offshoring relationships. This snap poll was conducted on August 10, 2020 .The questions asked were:

One of the members of the Celent research panel is looking at their offshore resource relationships and is hoping to get information from others. They use multiple offshore providers and see that some of them charge based on an 8 hour day. Others charge based on a 9 hour day. They’re trying to understand what is normal in Insurance/financial industry. Here are the questions:
