Abstract

欧州の銀行は10年前からSEPA (単一ユーロ決済圏)スキームでISO20022を使用しているが、欧州以外の銀行の考えに関わらず、TARGET2へのISO20022の導入は容易ではない。セレントは欧州の銀行を対象にした調査データを使い、業界の現状と取るべき行動を明らかにした。SEPAを含め、過去このように大規模な移行において参加者全員が準備万端であったことはない。実際、多くの銀行は準備が整っていても直前まで行動しようとしないことが実例で示されている。期限が6ヶ月後に迫る中、銀行はどのような段階にいるのか、どのようなアプローチをとっているのか、そして十分に準備しているだろうか？
