Abstract

Snap polls reflect questions asked by members of the Celent Research Panel, a group of C level executives in the insurance industry.

This snap poll was fielded September 9-10, 2020. The question that was posed was:

  • One of the members of the research panel is interested in learning how other IT departments within insurance companies measure department productivity. They are especially interested in productivity metrics for software developers and business systems analysts. Could you provide us with your insights of how you measure productivity for these two roles?
