2020年北米編

Abstract

2017年の結果からは一変して、北米における保険契約管理システムについての顧客フィードバックでは、ベンダーやシステムの評価は向上した。テクノロジー、機能、設定・統合機能の評価が向上した。APIやクラウドの導入が進んだことにより、保険契約管理システムについての顧客の理解が向上した。

北米の43社の生命保険会社が、セレントレポート(2019年北米における個人向け生命保険契約管理システムに関するレポート、および近日発表される北米における断崖生命保険契約管理システムに関するレポート) で取り上げたベンダーの一つが販売した保険契約管理システムを評価した。セレントABCD評価プロセスの一環としてベンダーから顧客リファレンスが提供された。トレンドを時系列で見るために、セレントは2019年の結果を2017年からの過去の調査データと比較、いくつかの分野では2013年、2015年の調査データと比較している。
