Abstract

Every year we survey insurance CIOs across different regions, including Asia-Pacific; Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); Latin America; and North America. We ran our Latin American (LATAM) CIO survey between November 2023 and January 2024. Twenty-one LATAM P&C insurance CIOs, CTOs, or IT architects have contributed to our survey (66.7% composite and 33.3% pure P&C), and we think they represent a good mix of the market in terms of company size.

This report provides LATAM P&C insurer's perspectives on business priorities, investment priorities, current system replacement activities, cloud adoption, IT budgets, analytics and artificial intelligence, and Generative AI adoption.
