- State-of-the-art conversational AI platform with advanced Generative AI capabilities: Boost.ai has enabled the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) within the platform to enhance the virtual agent's functionality by enabling a more sophisticated understanding and generation of text-based responses, allowing the virtual agent to process and respond to a broader range of inquiries. LLMs are used in several ways in the boost.ai solution: to streamline AI training for faster deployment of the bot, to enhance customer service agent efficiency, through the hybrid NLU model that combines boost.ai’s NLU with the power of LLMs to make predictions and generate answers, and by harnessing the power of generative AI within conversation design through LLM actions and generative actions.
- End-to-End Transactions through the VA allow for complete and effective resolution of end-user’s query and are facilitated by the 70+ pre-built integrations across several categories (channel, utilities, authentication, live chat etc.) (https://www.boost.ai/product/integrations). Moreover, pre-built into our platform, within every conversation flow and associated response, is the API Connector, which enables the build of API calls to fetch and return data, content and information from third-party systems.
