All associates (FSR, Teller, Branch Manager, etc.) can complete ALL transaction needs:
Step 1: A withdrawal or deposit is initiated at any staff member’s workstation on any device (tablet, PC, iPad, etc.)
Step 2: The transaction is queued in the Cloud and prepared for processing
Step 3: The transaction is processed at the TCR (either behind the teller counter or in a centralized location) once a unique pin pad code is entered by the staff member
