Following a strategic review of its front office operations, UK-based private client investment firm Ruffer has appointed Wealth Dynamix, or WDX, to implement its customer relationship management software suite across its entire £19 billion ($28.2 billion) UK investment operation.
Wealth Dynamix said in a statement that it has delivered the first two phases of the project for Ruffer, which is designed to streamline day-to-day investment business operations and enhance efficiency.
The CRM platform has been live with Ruffer's team of more than 100 people since July last year. The software suite will provide reporting and contact management capabilities so that reporting and decision-making becomes more effective.
The Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM software platform will integrate with Ruffer’s existing technology.
“Our desire to further enhance the efficiencies in our front office and put in place an integrated solution to record all client interactions was set in the context of an aggressive timetable and specific requirements. We needed to adopt a technological approach and were able to use the Wealth Dynamix product built on an industry standard platform which they tailored for our specific needs and delivered in impressive fashion, on time and on budget," Guy Shirley, business projects manager at Ruffer, said.
