London, Belfast, New York and Toronto, March 2nd, 2016 - Datactics Ltd, a leading provider in data quality and matching software, today announces that Carter Jonas LLP, the UK-headquartered property consultancy, has signed a multi-year license for its flagship platform, FlowDesigner, to ensure that its 650+ frontline staff have access to the most accurate, complete and timely client information.
Established over 160 years ago, Carter Jonas is dedicated to balancing its distinguished history with the adoption of cutting-edge technology to the selling of property and management of land and buildings across the country. Carter Jonas has grown rapidly in recent years through natural expansion and a series of acquisitions which has brought challenges in the area of information integration, data improvement and de-duplication.
Carter Jonas identified the need to quickly migrate client data from newly acquired companies into its CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics, and ensure that this is timely and up-to-date. To fully realise the benefits of its CRM investment, Carter Jonas sought a data quality tool to profile and scrub newly on-boarded data, from various systems including Reapit RPS, to make sure that the client information is of the highest quality.
Tim Spencer, IT Director at Carter Jonas, commented on the importance of client intelligence as the business expands, “Knowing our clients is the cornerstone of our success. As our business grows in terms of clients, services and business operations, it is imperative that our team has the complete view of our clients and has confidence in the accuracy of that information.
“Our mission for IT is to enable the integration of the businesses we’ve acquired, consolidate client intelligence from across the company and make it available to all staff. In this way, we can identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities, continually improve client experience and ultimately strengthen client loyalty.”
Datactics FlowDesigner was selected following a rigorous assessment of several data quality providers. According to Tim Spencer, the decision was based on the system’s flexibility, ease of use and powerful matching capabilities, “FlowDesigner seamlessly integrated with our CRM system to import these new sources of client data. We make use of its matching capabilities to de-duplicate and add new information which is a key challenge for us given our varied internal data sources. The result is that FlowDesigner helps us maintain a pristine enterprise-wide client database that we can rely on and is flexible enough to allow our business intelligence team to meet our evolving business needs.”
Stuart Harvey, Datactics CEO, commenting on this latest client win said, “We are delighted to work together with Carter Jonas and help them to maintain their high standards of client service. We are pleased to have assisted them in increasing their levels of data accuracy and completeness as part of a process of achieving continuous data quality across the firm.”
