ADDISON, Texas (July 30, 2019) – Digital Matrix Systems, Inc. (DMS), announced the availability of DMS TestLab™, a new product that enables clients to easily create new and modify existing populations of test credit reports. This web-based solution has a full featured credit report editor that supports all the major credit bureaus.
Companies that need access to populations of test credit reports have options, though the typical solutions present challenges. Creating and maintaining specific homegrown reports that support the required credit bureau formats is time-consuming and expensive. Utilizing credit bureau test regions to serve up test reports has limitations. These reports are not configurable, might not have the required credit history behavior, and are often changed without notice. To solve these testing challenges, DMS developed DMS TestLab™.
DMS TestLab™ provides quick and convenient access to test data through an integrated Test Data Repository, Data Editor, and Transaction Simulator. The editor enables companies to create test credit reports, add tradelines and public records, and edit details including payment profiles, credit limits, and imported dates. The repository enables users to manage credit reports individually, by population, and by teams. Once a population has been edited and modified, the test population can be easily moved to the simulator to perform end-to-end bureau testing. DMS delivers DMS TestLab™ via the company’s ClientServices® portal, which provides single sign-on access to DMS products and services. DMS TestLab™ includes three user-centric components:
Test Data Repository – import, manage, and control user access to test populations
Data Editor – easily create and modify test credit reports for all major bureaus
Transaction Simulator – supports native inquiries and emulates responses for all major bureaus
“The ability to thoroughly test applicant loan or insurance rate decisions is critical to our clients,” said David Graves, DMS executive vice president. “DMS TestLab™ was designed to address the challenges our clients have encountered, and we’re excited to release it. We’ve developed a solution that allows users to emulate any credit history behavior, and provides them with full control over their test populations. ”
