Auriga Showcases Latest Developments in Next Generation Banking at Branch Transformation 2019

Auriga is returning to Branch Transformation 2019, 19-20^th November, Park Plaza Riverbankhotel, London.

We will be putting our latest self-service solutions through their paces at booth 18, as well as bringing leading experts on branch transformation to the exhibition. There’s also an opportunity to enjoy real Italian coffee from the professional baristas at our coffee bar.

Our major presence at this year’s conference is an ideal opportunity to discover more about how the company is innovating with omnichannel and branch management software including how we have introduced a new AI module for transforming branch cash and customer management.

Visitors to the Auriga stand can learn more about our solutions for the #NextGenBank as well as experience the latest version of the innovative WinWebServer (WWS) suite. This includes new features to combine human and digital touchpoints and enabling the self-service channel to evolve into assisted self-service giving customers access to a 24x7 video banking help desk via expanded services accessible on an ATM, ASD (Assisted self-service device) or ASST (Assisted Self-service Terminal).

We also will be demonstrating our solutions for customer support and complete assistance that progresses customer education and retention through improving the experience for all users, including categories with specific assistance needs.

Joining Auriga’s own team of experts at Branch Transformation will be Alberto Epis, Innovation Manager at UBI Banca Group, the fourth largest Italian banking group. Alberto is part of the innovation team at the bank and he will be sharing the latest insights of how digital can contribute to branch transformation projects in his presentation “Automation and Digital Innovation for a new branch experience”, 9.00am Wednesday 20^th November 2019.
