DreamQuark wins the “2017 Fintech of the Year” award from Finance Innovation
The competitive hub Finance Innovation has awarded the prestigious “Fintech of the Year” prize to DreamQuark, a startup that democratizes Artificial Intelligence applications for financial services.
Paris, 2017 December 14th – DreamQuark was awarded “Fintech of the Year” during the Finance Innovation ceremony that took place at the Palais Brongniart, the historical French exchange, on the 8th of December. For this 2017 edition, the jury was composed of 23 emminent personalities from the financial sector (Natixis, Banque de France, OFI Group, La Banque Postale, La Française, Macif Group, etc.) and was chaired by Jean-Hervé Lorenzi, President of Finance Innovation. About 140 startups took part in the competition.
With the ambition of fostering and stimulating innovation in the financial sector, the Finance Innovation Competitive Hub has been supporting the creation and development of hundreds of Fintech startups throughout France, since its creation in 2007. The « Fintech of the Year » competition, initiated 3 years ago, aims at highlighting the dynamism of French Fintechs by rewarding the most promising one.
This year, Finance Innovation chose DreamQuark for its innovation in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and particularly in Deep Learning, applied to financial services.
DreamQuark stood out from the competition by providing ease of use, outstanding prediction performance and unique decisions interpretability, within a single platform that allows financial institutions to create all kinds of applications based on AI, such as customer segmentation, product targeting, underwriting, credit granting, asset management, compliance, anti-money laundering, fraud, dunning, satisfaction and customer retention.
