BI-SAM, a leading provider of performance measurement and attribution, risk analytics, composites management and client reporting solutions for the global asset management industry, today announced its B-One platform has been chosen as the “Best Performance Measurement and Attribution Solution” at the Financial Technology Forum LLC (FTF) Technology Innovation Awards 2014. The awards ceremony will take place on June 16thin New York.
The FTF Technology Innovation Awards 2014 celebrate and recognize the professionals, financial technology vendors, service providers, industry bodies and regulators that have made significant strides and noteworthy achievements in operational excellence during 2013. The awards are managed via an online voting process where nominated entities were unable to vote for themselves. The nominating and voting processes were overseen by a panel comprised of influential members of the buy-side industry.
The full list of winners is available on the award’s webpage.
The award for “Best Performance Measurement and Attribution System” focuses on the solution that offers exemplary calculation of returns for portfolios (benchmarks and composites); calculation of attribution effects for equity and fixed-income portfolios; and calculation of ex-post risk, absolute and relative.
