Auriga will be returning to ATMIA’s annual event, this year taking place in Rome from the 15th to the 17th of October, to present the latest news for #NEXTGENBANK. Poste Italiane,the largest infrastructure services organisation in Italy will be speaking about its investment into advanced ATMs and how it is offering customers greater access to services.
The 2019 edition of the international event focuses on the evolution of ATM systems and innovation in payments. ATM & Payments Innovation Summit, organised by ATMIA – promises to be packed full of meetings, seminars and presentations on technological innovations that will redefine the future of ATMs, cash and payments.
The bank branch as we know it is undergoing change and evolving as a touchpoint. Meanwhile, we are seeing advanced ATMs and new tools that enable self-service operations find their place in the market.
Auriga’s presence at the summit will centre around its #NEXTGENBANK strategy and how it is providing clients with the tools and solutions to:

At Auriga’s stand (#40), visitors will be able to learn more about Auriga’s solutions for the #NEXTGENBANK as well as the chance to try out WinWebServer WWSFILL4ME – a new feature of the WWS BRANCH suite. The software solution combines human and digital touchpoints and enables banks to keep track of all customer communications across all channels – from physical bank branches to remote video calls – so that they can offer the best service possible.
On Wednesday 16th October (10:30 a.m.) Auriga will introduce Luca Nardi, IT Manager of Poste Italiane to the stage. Nardi will be speaking about the infrastructure service provider’s work building the largest ATM network in Italy, made up of about 8,000 ATMs (set to become 10,500 by 2021). He will cover the innovative functions in progress and the social role of Poste Italiane accessibility to ATMs across Italy, even in remote areas. He will detail how increasing availability to financial services, even in small communities of about 1,000 people, is made possible with the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, and how Poste Italiane’s IT investments are helping to build a more inclusive society.
