Wolters Kluwer’s Suzanne Konstance named a Women in Secured Finance 2022 honoree
Secured Finance Network cites Konstance’s achievement in lien management, leadership
Suzanne Konstance, Vice President and Leader of Wolters Kluwer Compliance Solutions’ Lien Solutions group, has been named to the Secured Finance Network’s list of “2022 Women in Secured Finance.” The recognition program, which is free to enter, included a recently published Q&A of honorees in SFNet’s monthly publication, The Secured Lender, with Konstance among this year’s featured “Leading the Way Forward” inductees.
The “Leading the Way Forward” theme stems from SFNet’s 2022 Women in Secured Finance Conference, which focused on recognizing the varied and diverse approaches exemplified by women in secured finance positions in effectively managing the multitude of work stresses and dislocations experienced during the pandemic.
Among the insights Konstance shared in her honoree profile was her response to the question, “What do you know now that you wish you knew in the beginning of your career?”
“I wish I knew that spending the time to cultivate relationships at work can be as important as delivering excellent results,” said Konstance. “Building honest, strong relationships with employees, peers and managers is critical. Having your colleagues be real teammates who want to succeed together can help make extraordinary achievements happen.”
The “Leading the Way Forward” honor speaks volumes about the way in which Suzanne has successfully navigated a range of challenges and disruptions to her business segment and team members, helping her colleagues succeed while strengthening the collective value that this team is delivering today to our customers,” said Steven Meirink, Executive Vice President and General Manager for Wolters Kluwer Compliance Solutions. “We are proud of her achievements and honored to have her steady focus continue to inspire and propel our efforts forward.”
