Dunstan Thomas provides online adviser portal technology for Curtis Banks’ new ‘Your Future SIPP’ pension

The retirement solutions specialist and fintech innovator Dunstan Thomas, has implemented its Integro CX portal technology to provide an adviser portal for digital access to Curtis Banks’ new ‘Your Future SIPP’ pension. Dunstan Thomas provided the integration and market expertise needed to deliver seamless digital customer journeys for the new SIPP.

Curtis Banks recently launched Your Future SIPP to bring together all its existing capability in a single pension. Key features of the new SIPP include open market access to virtually any investment solution, flexible and competitive pricing and automated adviser charging.

Dunstan Thomas’ Integro CX portal technology provides the presentation layer which enables advisers to register to use the portal and then complete new business applications for the SIPP. The portal also provides users with a slick client on boarding process without the need for paper. Straight through processing is supported by electronic application forms and e-signatures.

Dunstan Thomas Imago Illustrations enable creation of pensions illustrations. Advisers can also use the portal for secure messaging and review number of investors as well as in progress, cancelled and completed applications in their personalised dashboard.

The portal will provide plan list overviews as well as individual plan summaries with up-to-date valuations, investment breakdowns, contribution history, transfers-in and income taken to date.

Dunstan Thomas has created simplified, digital-only new business application processes and put in place a managed user migration process to move users from existing Suffolk Life systems to new ones.
