COVID-19パンデミックの深刻な混乱の中で、効果的なリスク/ コンプライアンス業務を維持するために、金融機関は効率性の向上、自動化の導入、クラウドの活用を行う必要がある。

Abstract

COVID-19パンデミックは、金融リスク、オペレーショナルリスク、金融犯罪コンプライアンスを含むあらゆるリスク分野に影響を与えている。それにより、この新しい環境においてリスク能力を強化する必要性と、経済状況によるIT予算の減少圧力との間に緊張関係が生じている。人工知能や知的オートメーションなどのデジタル技術の導入は、企業のリスク能力を強化して危機の深刻化に対応すると同時に、効率性を高めてコスト圧迫を緩和することに役立つ。早急に新しいテクノロジーを導入していない企業は、中期的に導入することを考えてもよいだろう。
