Abstract

Insurers have been using multiple core system modernization approaches with a growing interest in acceleration frameworks more recently:

Celent thinks best of breed is currently being redefined, encompassing more elements nowadays and forging the best approach to accelerate changes. We think it challenges the traditional boundaries between the traditional core insurance system implementation approaches and we expect it will generate major changes to insurers' and vendors' IT resources.
