Every company that embarks on a transformation initiative has its own set of challenges to overcome. For the AA, the list was long but not too dissimilar to others in the industry. Successful policy administration and claims implementation and transformation initiatives may be common, but wildly successful policy administration implementation and transformation efforts such as this one are not the norm.
