Abstract

SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)とは、インターネット上でソフトウェアを迅速かつセルフサービス方式で提供する方法である。保険会社はソフトウェアをオンプレミスでインストールして管理する代わりに、ウェブ経由でソフトウェアにアクセスするため、ソフトウェアやハードウェアの管理負担が軽減される。セレントは8つの側面からSaaSケイパビリティ・フレームワークを作成した：
