Insurers are reaching out daily with questions and the need for advice through bootcamps, presentations, and requests for information about relevant vendors. We’ve created this showcase to allow insurers to see actual demos of available Gen AI products across the insurance value stream.

OVERVIEW OF PRODUCT:
Vitech, we take a multi-faceted approach to Generative AI (Gen-AI) to enhance engineering productivity, boost workplace efficiency, and integrate Gen-AI into our V3locity Platform as a Service. Our Virtual Digital Assistant exemplifies this by optimizing customer self-service, allowing users to make policy and profile changes seamlessly with Gen-AI support. n engineering productivity, we utilize GitHub CoPilot and AWS CodeWhisperer to automate code and unit test generation, improving efficiency for software engineers, QA staff, DevOps, DataOps teams, and those involved in migration and data conversion.
For workplace productivity, our Gen-AI solution VitechQ, powered by AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude LLM, provides employees with insights from internal data sources, significantly boosting productivity and satisfaction by significantly reducing the time needed to search Vitech’s knowledge base. This initiative also sets the stage for incorporating Gen-AI into our product offerings.
Looking ahead, we plan to introduce natural language and Gen-AI powered queries against data in Vitech’s Data Lake. We are also developing persona-based Virtual Digital Assistants for various stakeholders. AWS Bedrock’s Agent Service will allow our Gen-AI applications to perform multi-step tasks by creating automatic prompts and invoking relevant APIs. Practical applications of our technology include a Virtual Digital Assistant that assists employers with member enrollment, invoking Billing APIs to adjust premiums and notify users of changes. Another application optimizes workflows by considering factors like skill sets and service level agreements (SLAs). Our InnovationQuest hackathons, held quarterly, explore Gen-AI in data conversions, smart mappings, and smart policy creation, demonstrating the potential value of Gen-AI.
Our Virtual Digital Assistants, powered by AWS Bedrock Agents, use a serverless architecture with Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and AWS Bedrock agents. This setup allows for scalable and automated deployments, integrated into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring consistent and version-controlled deployments.
