In the middle of a deadly pandemic, a South African financial institution breathed new life into its claims process for funeral policies by implementing end-to-end automation. FNB is now at the forefront of funeral insurance in South Africa, with a completely automated solution for receiving, validating, and paying funeral claims. As a result, FNB is delivering a better customer experience to its customers while also enjoying new operational efficiencies.
