Abstract

Celent recognizes Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions as the winner of the Model Bank 2020 AI-Driven Customer Insights for their initiative Citi Opportunity Insights.

Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (Citi TTS) recognizes the power of machine learning-based analytics to generate a sustainable competitive advantage. Citi Opportunity Insights is one of the leading use cases. It provides business users in the front office with actionable data analytics to support corporate clients in improving their liquidity structures and cash pools and in the process, reduce cash transfers. Citi TTS wisely chose to undertake a co-creation approach to building the dashboard and optimizing data visualization. It empowered its business users to be “citizen data scientists.”
