Ashley Longabaugh is a Principal Analyst for Celent's wealth management ("WM") practice. She joined Celent as a wealth management Analyst based out of the London office and is now based out of New York.

Ashley’s research and consulting experience focuses on the implementation of emerging technologies across the North American and European WM ecosystem. Against this backdrop, her expertise is in "nextgen" WM clients and advisors, as well as the retail brokerage market, advisor workflow tools and the platform market (e.g., CRM, financial planning, front-to-back solutions, etc.), ESG and sustainability, open data ecosystems, AI, and data privacy, among others. Select consulting and advisory engagements include competitive and capabilities analyses and assessments, market sizing, market entry strategies, and vendor selection for financial institution partnerships.

Ashley is a prolific author and researcher whose written and spoken research explores the adoption of innovative technologies across the global wealth management ecosystem. Her work has been featured in several trade publications, including The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, CFA Institute, U.S. News & World Report, Business Insider, Yahoo! Finance, among others.

Prior to joining Celent, Ashley worked for Credit Suisse Asset Management and Lyxor Asset Management; she achieved her Series 7 and 63 licenses. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Business Management and a minor in French from Bucknell University. Ashley holds US and UK citizenship.
