Relationship managers in our business development group serve as liaisons with our research and advisory clients. They are responsible for handling and coordinating client inquiries, for cross-selling additional research and consulting services and for ensuring overall client satisfaction. In addition, relationship managers work closely with new business associates, providing support in the following areas: lead generation, client scheduling, and assistance with marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is highly organized. A bachelor's degree and at least three years' work experience are required. Financial services or account management experience is a plus.
